Individuals pay for their own branded products including sales tax. Costs associated with shipping, processing, and set up can be bundled into the pricing of each individual item, or covered by the organization.

Promotional items require a minimum order quantity. If the minimum order quantity is not met during the campaign, the organization responsible for the campaign will incur the remaining balance.

We offer thousands of apparel and promotional options for you to chose from, from varying price points, colours, and styles. We can provide many styles with many options for for imprinting.

Because items are custom‑made, returns/exchanges aren’t accepted. If there’s a defect, wrong size, or error - we will fix it fast.

You determine the campaign length. After it ends, we handle ordering and processing. Orders are typically ready for pickup within 10-15 business days, though this timeframe is not guaranteed.

If you only want members of your organization to access your webstore we can privatize it. This is done with a password that any member of your organization can be given. We can also make your webstore only accessible to certain account holders.

Yes, creating an account is required to make purchases in our webstore. This ensures your information is secure and used solely for your order. We prioritize your security and privacy.
